Lala Amor Home Decor – Return & Refund Policy

At Lala Amor Home Decor, every arrangement is thoughtfully designed and carefully prepared to bring beauty and elegance into your home. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

Due to the custom and decorative nature of our products, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description.

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused and in its original condition.
• Item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer either:

• A replacement
• Store credit
• A refund (if applicable)

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Custom arrangements and personalized designs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom orders
• Personalized arrangements
• Clearance or sale items
• Gift cards

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
